Our contract is between the Company (Classically Indian) and you (all persons named on the
have full authority to do so on behalf of all persons named, and confirms that all persons on the
booking are aware of and accept these conditions:

Payment
Following your booking on a Classically Indian tour we will send you confirmation.  You will be
required to make a deposit payment of between £100-£200 to Classically Indian within 30 days
of receiving the confirmation. Please see booking form for deposit amounts. Failure to pay the
deposit within 30 days will cancel the booking and make your seat available to others. Full
payment for the trip is due 60 days prior to the tour start date. Booking made less than 60 days
prior to the tour start date will require full payment following confirmation.
If you do not pay the balance of your tour cost by 60 days before departure your booking will be
terminated and you will lose your deposit.  Bookings made less than 30 days prior to the tour
departure date may incur a late booking fee.

During Christmas, New Year and Diwali tours may have extra premium added for hotel extra
charges.  Full payment for tours including this period is required 90 days prior to departure and
cancellation less than 90 days will incur loss of full payment.  

Tour Inclusions
Each Classically Indian Tour has different inclusions please read the itinerary and Tour Dossier
fully before making any bookings.  We often do not include the site entrance fees to allow you
the freedom to choose.  A list of these approximate costs is available on request.

Cancellation By You
Should you choose to cancel a booking, please notify Classically Indian in writing or by email.
Verbal notification or an intention to cancel is not sufficient. The following cancellation fees
apply to all Classically Indian tours:
- Cancellation received before 60 days prior to departure- loss of deposit.
- Cancellation received within 60 to 31 days prior to departure - loss of 50 % tour cost
-Cancellation received within 30 days priors to departure - no refund.
No refund or part refund will be made should you voluntarily leave early or choose not to
partake in any part of the tour.

Cancellation By Classically Indian
before the departure date of the trip. Classically Indian reserves the right to cancel the trip if
minimum participant requirement is not met.  Classically Indian will then return all money paid
for the trip.  Classically Indian is not liable for any other incidental costs paid by you, including
non-refundable flight tickets, visas, or vaccinations. Classically Indian will not be liable for any
loss of enjoyment due to cancellation.   Please note this excludes cancellations due to
conditions outside Classically Indian's control such as war, natural disaster, political instability,
or accident. In such an event Classically Indian will return no money but we will assist in any
way to help you make a claim on your travel insurance.

Travel Documents:
All nationalities generally require a visa for travel in India. It is your responsibility to obtain all
valid documents.  Please do not apply too early, as Indian visa are valid from the date of issue.   
Please leave a photocopy of all documents at home as it will assist if replacements are
required.

Insurance:
It is a condition of participating in a Classically Indian tour for each traveller to hold travel
insurance for the duration of the trip. Insurance must include comprehensive medical and
emergency evacuation. We also recommend that it includes cancellation, curtailment and
baggage cover.  Please carry your travel insurance document with you a company
representative will check the details on arrival at the starting point hotel.  We will require a policy
number and 24-hour emergency contact number.

Next of Kin contact:
It is a condition of participating in a Classically Indian tour for each traveller to supply next of kin
contact information.  In case of any medical or emergency.  A company representative will
request this at the start of your tour.

Personal Responsibility
Due to the nature of the style and locations that Classically Indian operate in, Classically Indian
and their guides, leaders, and support staff do not accept responsibility for any loss, injury,
illness, damage, accident, fatality, delay or inconvenience experienced from time of departure
to time of return arising out of any such tour organised by Classically Indian.  Classically Indian
reserve the right to alter, re-route and shorten any itinerary due to safety reasons. Any extra cost
incurred will be charged to you if the reason is outside the control of Classically Indian.  

Please read the participation agreement below:
"I understand that travelling with Classically Indian may widen my horizons but by widening my
horizons I am putting myself at greater risks above and beyond those I might encounter in other
regions of the world or on a package holiday.  I understand that I am undertaking a journey with
inherent dangers. I understand that I am travelling to regions of the world where, the standard of
development of cleanliness, hygiene, accommodation, transport, safety, medical facilities,
telecommunication and infrastructure is not of the standard I am used to at home. I have read
and understood all Classically Indian notes for the trip and travel in this region.  I have provided
details of any pre-existing medical conditions to a Classically Indian representative. I accept
these risks and obligations and I fully assume the risks of travel. I release Classically Indian
from any liabilities connected to these risks to the maximum extent permitted by law."

Acceptance of Conditions
By payment of your booking deposit you agree to the terms and conditions and have read and
agree with the participation agreement.
